Hello,

I'm trainceb and I'm Up In Smokes nephew. He introduced me to this forum and so far I have seen a lot of great tips. I am new to smoking and I'd love to hear all the tips I can get. So far in the last week and a half, I have cooked: Munster Hambircons (chicken breast, deli ham, munster cheese and bacon) smoked my first pork butt, and am currently working on a chicken.

Hope to hear back.

How do I post the pics from my phone? Or do I have to do it by computer?

I actually live just NW of the perimeter in Paulding County. But anytime I need help, Jerry's always there with an answer.

Welcome to the forum trainceb. Although I live in Florida now, I went to High School in northern GA. Plan to get up with Jerry one of these trips up that way.

I downloaded the tapatalk app and am now going to share my pics of my first few times smoking.

This is my first attempt at smoking a pork butt.

After the first slice.

First smoked chicken I was working on yesterday.

Welcome and looks like you forgot just one small little detail:

Where was our invitation to sample those goodies

Welcome to the forum Train, your yard bird is sittin' mighty pretty. It's probably a "was" now, I'm sure it's long gone.

Yes, I'm afraid all of those wonderful endeavors of smoking now exist in the past tense. They tasted great. I'm sure that I'm encountering first timers luck, but I will take it. Thank you for all the welcomes.
