DW brought home a few small briskets and some turkey thighs and drumsticks - I've done neither thus far. Like to put'em tomorrow. And simple suggestions. For my first shots I usually like simple and get more adventurous each time after. Might be a good test for Thanksgiving which I'm hoping to do a whole bird this year.

Thanks in advance.  ;D

Welcome to the forum.
Forgive my ignorance but what are you planning on cooking these in? Is it a bradley, or do you have another means of cooking?

Brady,
The Charbroil line of infrared turkey fryers do an excellent job with just about everything.
they will also keep you from spending $60.00 U.S. just for the oil to fry your birds in.

Some people are like Slinkies... They're really good for nothing.
...But they still bring a smile to your face when you push them down the stairs.
