Im smoking 5 butts for this weekend. I plan on smoking them Thurs. should I wrap them in plastic and store or should I pull the pork and store it. Only available time is why I doing them early. Any help would be great.

I recommend that you pull them prior to storage (be it in the fridge or freezer).

Wait until you reheat...
Natural Gas 4 burner stainless RED with auto-clean

2011 Memphis Select Pellet Smoker
BBQ Grillware vertical smoker(oven thermostat installed & converted to natural gas)

What they said!

I keep the sauce on the side.   Sometimes it tastes just fine 'nekkid', or with a dash of sauce.   No use covering up all of that hard work and smoke with some gooey stuff..

I would serve the sauce on the side. Some folks may not like the sauce or simply prefer it without.

MrRaven

I agree with the posts above. Pull them, then store it.

Regarding the sauce, I find people are quite varied in it. My family likes the sauce mixed with the pork. I actually don't like a lot of sauce and prefer it on the side. I find the sauce can take away from the pure enjoyment of the smoked meat.
Keeping it on the side allows people to put the amount on they like

Well I found out that 5 butts are too much work for my Bradley. Meat taste good but doesn't look great.
