Hello all;

Well, I finally managed to nab a Bradley after  4 years of trying.....(kept missing the sales)
Local store had the digital 4 rack on for $300...once I got the OK from the "finance manager", it was all systems go.
Been reading lots so far and I do recognize quite a few names from the "smoking meat forum"
Really looking forward to get some goodies on the go and to play show and tell..we alreaDy make opur own fresh dinner sausages and such but really want to make pepperoni and summer sausage as well as smokies.....cannot wait to do ribs and pork butt....
