I would just like to say hello to everyone here. I am in the process of getting a NBS and have spent a couple weeks here reading and LEARNING SO MUCH about smoking. I guess watching all those cooking shows on tv and seeing them travel the country eating smoked foods, made me hungry for my own smoker ! I can't wait to get it here and begin my new soon to be passion. Without a doubt i can tell by what i've read, everything i will question can and will be answered by a great bunch of people !! I'm 57, live about 50 miles north of Pittsburgh, near the Ohio line. Can't believe i waited this long to finally get a smoker ! I look forward to posting more here. Thanks again everyone for Guiding me to a Bradley Smoker.
