Smoked a couple of items today
Had a Punch Elite Double Maduro while smoking a pork rib roast for dinner, wife fixed mashed potatoes and beets to go with it.

The wife adds a touch of corn starch and sugar to thicken the sauce and sweeten them a bit. they are quite yummy.

Great lookin smoke,Don.I'll add butter,salt and pepper to my beets with alittle horseradish for my potatoes please lol :)
