A quick and easy dinner tonight,,,,,,pork chops

Oh Ya!

After a 10 min rest

Lets eat!

Tender and moist,,,,,,,dont gt any better than that

All that looks very good Curt, to bad my cold has rendered me with no taste buds. I'm sure I would enjoy a meal like that but my rum hot toddy will just have to do.  ::)

My bad,,,,,,,,,,,,,should have mentioned what I was cookin on

Did these on my "Big Red" Kamado Kooker and yes they were smoked,,,,,,,,just at very high heat
