Well still lurking around occasionally when I can. But just wanted every one to know how much all your stories and food pics help. Still under the weather here. So not been smoking. Hope to soon. Keep up the good work for us who can only talk a good game these days.Thank you all!

You better hurry up and get better! I was sooooooo excited when I found there are a FEW members close to me and we could share hot sales or little local tips with! .... Kinda like Anglen's Market in Lincoln Knolls Plaza, just East of Youngstown on SR 422 has Jumbo Turkey legs dang near all the time and DOES carry Morten Tender Quick  :)

Thanks guys! Well started out simple not sure if we can turn this around or not. But sure trying. I did get out and smoked 4 salmon fillets. Glad to say the new brine is very good. First time my mom,dad and wife would eat steelhead. Wife and mom ate about 1/2 a fillet each.  Sorry no pic.

Thanks guys. Mine didnt like any smoked fish. Till this new recipe and now she does. But she don't like it cold so I heat in the micro for her. If you like I'll post it for you all to try. There is so  many already figured every one already had a favorite.
Even did some walleye skinned fillets. Great except to much salt. Would cut back on salt for any non strong fish like perch or eyes.
