I like the dual fan set-up and two elements. Bet it dries very evenly.
Natural Gas 4 burner stainless RED with auto-clean
2 TBEs(1 natural gas & 1 LP gas)
OBS(Auberins dual probe PID, 900w finned element & convection fan mods)
2011 Memphis Select Pellet Smoker
BBQ Grillware vertical smoker(oven thermostat installed & converted to natural gas)

I wonder if it will get up to 160° F. Looks like a nice one :)

I need to get a new dictionary --based upon Nepas' postings mine obviously has the definition of downsizing all wrong.

Tell Crystal that it is an air condidtioning unit for the RV. Should look good on the roof :o
