My stuff came the other day.  Since it is going to get up to 70F here think I'll spend the day in the garage installing everything.

4 standard racks
4 jerky racks
dryer vent with 2 end fittings
second 500W element
convention motor with 2 fans (1 in 1 out)
8 extra rack rails
96 apple pucks
48 mesquite pucks
48 hickory pucks
48 special blend pucks
outdoor cover
1 case of Guinness (for inspiration)

The only problem I see is keeping my beer cold but I'll trudge on
