Is it April fools day early?

Almost looks photochopped to me...

I'll believe it if and when I see it ... Doesn't look like it would work!  For example:  where does the smoke go?  Shouldn't there be a vent on top?  Like mentioned before - where do the burned pucks go?  When I look at my smoke generator and this unit I think they would have to miniaturize the smoke generator and not use regular sized pucks  ???

Just my 2¢ but I'm just not buying it!!!  I don't mean that I'm not buying one but rather I'm not buying the fact that one of these exists ... Like someone from Missouri. You have got to show me ... A video of one with a person demonstrating the unit would work   ::)  8)  ;)

That's a lot of money for a two rack, table top smoker.  The convenience factor is there but I was hoping for half a 6 rack, at least.

Very cool though...

EDIT: I thought that was USD...I'm back to very interested.

Just a small detail man, the price you saw is for NZ NOT USA or Canada. For NA, you can divide by 2 check the price for the others smokers and you will understand. www.thesmokehouse.co.nz

Hey I put one in the garage! I'd love to have  one in the kitchen and it would be worth another chimney!  ::) Just dont figure how this even works. And why it would be considered safe enough for indoor use when the OBS isn't.

Here is the link with specks. Wow 360 degrees and a conventional oven type heat. Now to see where the smoke and hot biscuits go. Also 240 volts. Thinking maybe smoke is filtered and cleaned.

Also I was very interested in their downloads. As they have to smoke house designs for the Bradley smoke generator. Really interested in the cedar one. But maybe full size as the suggest. May be the answer to my broken hinge. LOL!

From what I have been hearing the bisquettes fall into a small catch pan on the backside of the smoker.

Seems you'd get some smoke in the house that way. Have you heard weather they need vented or not?
