My first attempt at bacon was a complete success.  Thanks Chris for the great tutorial

Fresh pork belly from the best locker in NE Iowa cut in half.  4.5 pounds maple and 4.5 pounds savory pepper



After two hours of apple smoke



All sliced up.

Looks real good Brian!! You have to get pictures of the slicing process. Since your using that High Tech slicer

Edgew locker  is where we get them. I think it is kernsmeats.com or edgewoodlocker.com you can Google them. They DO ship meat, so you can have some shipped to you
