Hi all,

Been bothering me for a while.  Understand that you can just throw them out when done but when I add them to the ashes from the Green Egg and IF I get the oven built I will be adding it's ashes and don't forget the fireplace it is quite a pile!

Not even thinking of making soap but is there a use for them?  Not a miser or hoarder but if they are good for the garden, lawn, compost or something I would rather recycle them some how.

I just chuck mine but if there is a good use for them. I'll start saving them

I dump the water pan with the spent pucks on a tree stump to drain, then when dried throw them in my Kamado Kooker when ever I fire it up

I dip mine in milk chocolate, package them nicely and send them anonymously to my X. She falls for it every time  :D

I toss them in my yard and the lawnmower takes care of anything that's left the next time I mow.

I would like to recycle them but have a dog who always shows interest in where I dump them to get any drippings which may have fallen onto them, so I toss them in the garbage.
