1. Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Whisk until smooth.

2. When mixture comes to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring often.

3. Remove pan from heat and cover until cool. Chill and store in a covered container.

I second that. I will add to it and compare which is better.

You can always try making your own. Heinz makes a Hot & Spicy ketchup. I no longer buy it, and make my own. As for ketchup I only like Heinz.

Heinz Hot & Spicy Ketchup

Instead of Tabasco sauce, use the Tabasco Green Pepper Sauce.

I have also made Sriracha Ketchup using the above recipe.

That's a bit too strong for me, but Sriracha ketchup is good stuff.

Put that recipe in my E-recipe binder Viper, Thanks!!

Your all welcome. Makes a recipe more your own. I bought some Butch T Trinidad scorpion peppers seed this year. Scoville unit 1.6 million- 2 million. Thought I might add some to ketchup or some thing and send in my Christmas exchange next year ! With the appropriate warnings of coarse. Should be interesting if some one enjoy real hot like I do. Thinking of making hot sause and dust too! Will really be death dust then! LOL!

Mine arrived today...haven't broken into it yet.

If someone wants to try a bottle, I will send one bottle out for the cost of shipping only.

To be the lucky person...let's say that you have to post a short explanation on why you deserve it more than the other people.

Let's have some fun with this.
