Good Day All,

Any suggestions on cleaning Frogmatts after a cook? Lots of elbo grease is what I am doing now after a hot soak.

Would using pam or something else help?

I throw mine in the dishwasher when the wifes not looking. They usually come pretty darn clean.

What Key said  ;D

I also throw the racks

I just do a quick soak, and use a sponge to lightly rub off any food particles. I've never needed to scrub them.

Ditto with others.

No scrubbing needed. If your scrubbing maybe you took off some of the coating?

Ditto on the no scrubbing, I will take mine out of smoker and wipe them down in the sink with some dish soap on a sponge. Easy peasy.

I spray the frogmats with oil (usually olive) before I load the meat on the trays. After smoking, I let sit in hot water w/ dawn detergent for a couple of hours. Wipe clean with virtually no effort at this point.
Life is short, eat the dessert first!
