I didn't use as much Cayenne. Only one teaspoon, just for starters.  ;)

Sam
How long do you let them set before they are ready to eat? We are going to need a report when they are done.

Heres a good recipe I use for hot pickled eggs! I would think this would be great too if you'd like to try Sam.

Spiced eggs

Cook and peel 2 doz, eggs put in jar
Take 1 cup vinegar
         1 cup of water
          3 TBS of sugar
1 TBS of salt bring this to a boil.
Add 1 jar hot yellow banana peppers over

eggs than add vinegar mix. Let set 1-2 weeks

if your able.

If you like it hotter you can add other

peppers to taste.

Do you let the brine cool before pouring over the eggs or let it go in hot?

Ring Bologna update.
Sat in the brine for 7 days. I'm very happy with how these came out.
