the start of 8 1/2 lbs. of breakfast sausage. More to follow. Piker

all stuffed and vacuum packed. I did some in hog casings and some in collagen. The natural is better but is harder to do. My stuffing horn sizes do not always match the casing size so I have to put them on a smaller  horn. I have tried different horns and even made some but still the same problem. Piker
