Jalapeno/Cheese SS

Got 5 lbs of jalapeno/cheese SS going again.

Doing something different this time. Only using 1/4 cup distilled water with the 1 t cure.

Adding the dry without water and mixing by hand.



Hand mixing i am finding that i dont over mix and render the fat.



My finished SS is coming out way better.
