We're getting low again, I pretty much blew through the pronghorn SS. Quiet day today, good fir smoking something.
I'm using Sailor's recipe for this batch.

Sliced shot. I went with 60/40 venison and pork.  Came out good.

I actually have some Tillamook (sp?) extra sharp Cheddar I was gonna throw in there, but decided to wait.
I'm going to get some bulk Jalapeno powder and try it with the cheese next time.
