Won-Ton Cheese Balls

Taby and I were hankering for some late night munchies and came up with this

Some smoked muenster cheese dipped in some rub and rolled up in a Won-Ton thingie

Taby did the rolling



I did the slicing and rubbing



They turned out really gooood!! I know,,,,I know my close up shots really suck  ::)

Yep,,,,,,,,they were fried golden brown

Crispy on the outside gooey on the inside with a hint of spice from the rub

That batch is gone,,,,,,only made a pound  ::)

Were gonna dip the next batch in the egg wash and roll in bread crumbs then fry

For the most part no,,,,,,,a couple did

They only take a couple min to cook so I just stand there and if one springs a leak I yank it
