Bacon, Finally

After using my last piece of my bacon for New Year's blackeye peas, and after cooking everything that was stored in both refrigerators so I could have room, I was finally able to get some pork bellies yesterday at Restaurant Depot to start curing. Got them trimmed and rubbed down with maple cure last night.
