Sort of.

Got the "permanent" set-up I wanted: OBS SG, hooked to a large cold smoke box (so I can fit a large pan for many pucks on long cooks), hooked to a 6 rack cabinet moded to a 12 rack, dual elements, fan, controlled by a dual PID,  all ran from one control box, and housed in an enclosure.

I previously posted making the above components, the last thing I had to was to mod the "Bradley house". It was built to the height of the 4 rack. I had 2 choices, lower the floor or raising the roof. So I raised the roof. Luckily when I built it I mostly used screws so it was easy to take partially apart.  As you can see in the pics I still need to paint or stain it. It was too cold to do it now so it will wait until spring weather. I am also looking at going the plastic shed route. I missed a sale on a nice one for $349, normally $549. A lot depends if I was able to fix the stubborn leak I have been having since I built it.

Couple of pics: almost finished

Roof back on

Set up and ready to do a test run. I was going to season the cabinet but I did not have a long enough cord to go from the PID to the SG. (Which teed me off that I didn't check before because a couple days ago I ordered 2 long cords to go from the controller to the cabinet for the 2 elements).
Sorry about the lousy pic, but you can barely make out the PID and Power controller on the 2 shelves about half way up the cabinet on the

So as soon as my cords get here I'll start smoking something and get the shine out of the cabinet

I mentioned it in the other posts, but again many thanks to Beefmann for his help with the electronics and Schmidty for letting me borrow his miter saw when mine pooped out.
