Hi Everyone...
I haven't been active on this board much, but I still stop buy from time to time to see how everyone is doing...
Miss Pat is doing well right now and that is a good thing...I have not lost my interest is smoking and curing, I have been doing it most of my 75 years, in fact we are going to be butchering 8 to ten hogs the first week in Feburary...I'll try and get pictures from the kill to the cooking of pudding and scrapple, we don't scald and scrape a hog anymore, we skin them...it sure makes for a long few days...
Here is another past time that I have been doing for a bunch of years...these are just some of the peppermills that I make...

Digital Bradley Smoker with Dual probe PID
The Big Easy with Srg grill
MAK 2 Star General
