Maintenance Type: In order to improve capacity and reliability to our network infrastructure, we will be performing upgrades to some core hardware that may affect the following services to you:

- Live Chat Services
- Internal DNS resolvers
- IPMI (Dedicated and colocated services)
- Bandwidth graphs (Dedicated and colocated services)

Estimated Downtime: We understand the importance of minimal downtime when conducting maintenance and for this reason we will do everything in our power to expedite this procedure. As it stands now, while the maintenance window is 2 hours, you should not expect more than 5 - 10 minutes of issues to the aforementioned services in this time frame, with latency in resolution being the most noticed affect. Our Helpdesk will be unaffected during this time so should you need support you can still contact us via this medium.
