Hello all, I just got my Bradley a couple weeks ago for my birthday from my amazing fiance, we did some ribs and chicken for the first smoke and we thought they were amazing. I found this forum the other day and haven't been able to stop reading. You all seem super helpful. I am looking forward to enjoying my smoker. I posted a picture of our first smoke. Today we are going to do a pork picnic for some pulled pork tomorrow. Thanks for having such a helpful forum.

Welcome Sean, nice pics of your first cook. What part of WA?
Give a man a beer and he'll waste a day.
Teach him how to brew and he'll waste a lifetime.

I think it goes away after 5 or ten post, keeps the bot spammers out for a nice relaxing forum :)

Thanks, I was thinking it would be pain to keep doing that. ;)
