does anyone else notice a huge amount of liquid that leaks out all over the place when smoking, i'm not sure if there is something wrong or ? it does not matter what i'm smoking, i used a big chief for years and don't remember ever seeing this much liquid

I think it is worse on colder days. I stick paper towels under the door to soak up the liquid before it drips on my deck and the wife goes into a tizzy :o

I replaced the small water bowl with a 9 X 13 aluminum baking pan and don't have a leaking problem

Make sure you don't smoke with the vent closed. It needs to be open 1/2 to full open to let the moisture out. If you have an OBS don't let liquid run into the slider. It will ruin the temp control and possibly start a fire.

useally liquid is caused by excessive  moisture in the cabinet .. open  the top vent 1/2 to full open

the only time my vent wasn't wide open was when it first arrived. I am not sure I can even close it now.

I would have to say that mine vent is stuck full open for good. It would take a dozer to move it now.  ;D

My friends have you covered.  The moisture is not escaping from your tower.  It is condensating and running down the walls and out from the bottom of the door.  Get your vent wide open.  Better yet, remove it. :)

My vent has been wide open from the day I bought my smoker :) Sometimes I think The cold weather and Low Barometric pressure cause the bradley to sweat more inside. No Scientific studies done, just gotta blame it on somethin besides myself ;D

I run the vent wide open. Also, the condensation can cause black rain to fall from the top of the smoker.

what is your set up? It the Bradley stand alone or do you have a vent line of any sort on top? If so, the exhaust could cool and condense the air and drip down.
