Sonnys Sweet Bread

Fed my sweet bread starter the other night and made up a loaf of bread, Sonny shes still alive
Woke up to this

Then turned into this

And then this

Witch became this

Then cooked up and we got this

Ya baby!!

Now wheres the butter!

Mine is still kicking also! I did enjoy the pic of "ooops, I shoulda put it in a biger bowl". Done that many times.

I made some Bread Bowls with added Italian Seasoning.

was an awesome supper with smoked chicken and veggies and broth.

There aint a recipe for this sweet bread starter,,,,,,as far as I know

I could send ya some dehydrated starter in ya want to make your own

Just remember a starter in like a kid,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,ya gotta feed it every now and then ;D

I think this starter was started back in the 1800's. Something about the sierra trail or some legendary notable. Sonny will tell you about it. But he figured out how to dry it and ship it without someone almost going to jail. ;D
