I took out 2 starters last night and fed and made bread, one with Sams Club Bakers and Chefs Bread Flour and the other I used the King Arthurs Bread Flour.

My Husband finished out the breads today, but did not weight the doughs to make sure that they both weighted the same to start with, So I couldn't judge the amount of rise, The feel and the texture was a little softer and finer on the King Arthur loaf as Compared to the Sams BC.  Both had a good flavor, the BC was a little crumblier when slicing.  Cost for the King Arthur Flour here is a little under $5.00 for 5# as opposed to the BC which is a little under $9.00 for 25#.

Bread looks Perfect!

I am going to get the Bread flour from Sam's next trip I
make to Houston.

Thanks for the tip.
