Cold smoked flank steak

Gotta love the Bradley for cold smoking.
Had some left over cold smoked flank in the fridge and the boss lady wanted some lunch meat for salad.
Meat was cold smoked yesterday for 2 hours then vac sealed overnight in the fridge. Added some olive oil, soy, balsamic, spices then in the reveo for a spell. Off to the grill and goodies for moma.  :)
