New guy from East Texas

Name's Kris. I'm from a little town in northeast Texas. I bought a 4 rack digital about a week ago. Ready to use it. I've had a cheap kettle style electric smoker but I wanted something bigger.

I like to hunt, catfish, shoot guns, bows, and play ps3. And cook. I spend as much time as possible with my family and little girl. So I really like the timer and stuff on the digital

I'm only about 45 min from you. I'm in Hughes Springs. I smoked some ribs this week and they were pretty good. May do some jerky this weekend
