I have an older model SS Bradley that I have been using for years with the Auber WS set up that was, once upon a time, state of the art. I did a run of 'Turds last week and the thing took almost four hours to come up to temp.
I started a couple of butts about two hours ago at with the Auber set at 210. I didn't do a full warm up, I put the butts in as soon as the temp started coming up. I know, I know it was wrong not to let it get to 210 before I put the butts in.
While the box thermometer and the remote indicate the box is at 209, the Auber says it is running at 139.
I have checked all the connections and everything is tight. I have never had problems before the last two runs...Any ideas?
Thanks for your help.

Are the different probes close to each other?

Just for the heck of it jiggle the auber connection where it plugs into the controller. I had one probe that if it didn't sit just right in the connector it would give a false reading.

Well the plug or a wire or soider joint is bad. Take cover off and check.
