Hello Everyone:
If anyone would have told me 3 years ago that I would be involved  in any forums, I would have told them to Go to ^%$^. But after joining 2 other forums involving my cars, I thought that there must be some kind of forum or forums for the Bradley Smoker which I purchased exactly one week ago today and here I am..... I am so looking into getting started at doing this, but work and severe weather have not been on my side. I am going to try to do a burn off tomorrow morning and maybe try a chicken in the afternoon if the weather co-operates. Looking forward to finding a lot of recipes and general knowledge from the pros on this site.

Welcome aboard. Forums are fun and this one can be fun and a great resource.  I've been here for a couple of years but I'm still learning something new just about every day from reading some tips by the pros.

If you want some recipes, here's the popular Bradley recipe site: Recipes from the Bradley Smoker Forums

Welcome to the forum from another Canadian!
I too first joined some forums for my car, but was more of a lurker :-[
I've been a little more active on here, lots of info and helpful people.

Hope the weather co-operates for you today and you get to enjoy some BBQ chicken!!!
The link TedEbear gave you is great, there's lot of good recipes and info there.

Welcome from Nebraska!  The recipes are great and the advice and support are beyond compare.  Don't be afraid to ask anything.  There are lots of people who have been there before and like to share the answers.

Thanks everybody:
I did get the burnoff in and did some chicken parts right after. Excellent! The next day, I had some friends over and did a whole chicken and again WOW. I injected the chicken with a variety of juices and I am totally impressed. I should have taken pictures but in the excitement of it all, it just didn't figure in. From the results that I got though, things looked like the pictures that I have seen on this forum, so obviously I must be doing something right. lol I will be trying more things in the near future and looking for more hints from the participants of this forum.

Thanks
Joe
