Hello All from Illinois

Hi All,

I'm New to the smoking world, And recently bought a 6 rack digital Bradley. I've never had a smoker And I'm looking forward to creating some masterpieces. I know that I'll have many many questions and looks like this is the right place to get them Answered. Thanks in advance for all the advice And knowledge that You all seemingly are willing to share.
I live in Illinois about 100 miles from Chicago in a small town not far off Interstate 80. I love to do anything outdoors. Unfortunately hunting and fishing in this area are not very good.
I am retired from my former job And now do consulting work when available. I plan to do quite a lot of fishing this year, somewhere And I'm thinking that some nice smoked Bluegil would be good.
Anyway, thanks for having me and good smoking to all.

Welcome to the forum from Nebraska! I spent 3 short years working at one of our plants located between Jacksonville and Jerseyville. Loved it. Caught lots of nice 'gills. LMK how they smoke up.
