TNT Tri Tip

hello all and here is my  Memorial day Tri Tip done it with 10.5 gunpowder clone with a  few lil changes

The Tri TIp


seasoned with Beefmanns TNT seasoning and let  stand in fridge over night


comming up to Room temp as the smoker warms up


out of the  smoker at 150 IT


then sliced



THE Rub

CHILI POWDER                       3          TBSP
PAPRIKA                                3    TBSP
SALT                                        2          TBSP
GARLIC POWDER                 2   TBSP
BLACK PEPPER                       2   TBSP
ONION POWDER                 1   TBSP
CAYENNE POWDER                0.5   TBSP
CHIPOTLE CHILI POWDER   1   TBSP
GROUND OREGANO          1   TBSP
GROUND THYME                  1   TBSP
WYLERS CHICKEN       
BOUILION GRANULES          2   TBSP
CELERY SALT                          2   TBSP
MSG                                         3   TBSP
GROUND MUSTARD              4   TBSP


IMHO The best Tri tip I ever made, Also glazed all sides of the tri tip with Bulls eye BBq sauce

I'd eat it. It looks great. Too bad you can't get tri-tip around here.  :(
