I'm working across the street from Cabelas this week and came across these
Got a box but won't get to try for awhile yet, anybody tried them yet?

They got another kind also.  I bought the southwest and really liked them.  They have a very different distinct flavor.

Just used the pepper, rosemary, thyme on some beef sticks yesterday.  Really like the flavor.  Might even replace my favorite pecan for sausage.

I have used both and they both are good. The rosemary is great with lamb if you are a lamb eater.
