The Making Of The Reuben

The ingredients for my version of Russian Dressing. Mix these together according to your taste and heat level. I used a blender to mix.


Layer of Russian Dressing, Layer of sauerkraut, Layer of swiss cheese, the pastrami another layer of swiss cheese, more sauerkraut and a layer of russian dressing on the other piece of rye bread.


After the grilling



Ready for the table  ;)


Oh did I mention I hate  sauerkraut  :o :o :o   though this was not to bad  ;D

I do love pastrami and that sandwich looks fantastic. You just need to learn to love sauerkraut as it is a necessary to have in that sandwich. You sure hit a home run with that sandwich.
