Recently purchased the Digital 6-rack. Should be delivered tomorrow just in time for a weekend trial run.  Looking forward to getting to know all the members that I am sure will be needed to straighten me out! Been smoking on propane smoker for years but tired of fighting trying to keep smoke rolling. Will be reading up to try to keep my Newbie mistakes to a minimum. :)

Welcome from Idaho!  I've tried smoking on a Traeger, an SRG, and the Bradley, and I can honestly say that the richest, deepest smoke is developed on the latter.  Try cold smoking cheese on the Bradley; you won't be sorry  ;)

AMEN!!!! pz, I am just waiting for the temp to dip just a little bit lower before I start going wild and crazy with doing my first batch of cold smoked cheese this season. I think though after this weekend based on the weather report that is coming sooner rather than later.
