He did this same time last year, is he out chasing those senoritas again? Need to know how long it took him to dehydrate his starter. I have mine in the smoker at 90 degrees like he recommends and its almost two days now and its still kinda tacky. So if you have email to the monkey ask him to answer this post  :)   Looks like he has not been on since Aug. 14th
