Well threw the pig roast for the church. Took the tractor and my wagon for hay rides. We had a member bring his pony rides and horse and carriage rides. Big bonfire and volley ball. Lots of fun.
Roasted the pig in my new rooster and turned out great.

Sorry was suppose to up load pics. Well here is a few to give you an idea. 129+ attended and I had 129 smiling faces. From babies to 97 year old ladies. Church as been trying to get more to their get together s with their record being 25. So my first dinner was an all you can eat Lake Erie yellow perch and walleye dinner. With potato wedges. Took over 100 lbs to the dinner already prepared and ready to fry. Got 70+ and most had fish to fry sent home with them. So then I served pulled pork BBQ'd with my sauce and regular. Did 8 butts I believe. This time 80+ .And all our dinners have the ladies fixing their dishes and desserts. Totally awesome.
This pig roast set them all back with their mouths open. Our preacher was about wordless. LOL! We had so much to do and so much food. And people stayed till late. I snuck in 6 dozen dogs and a lot of bags of marsh mellows. Figuring bonfire = roasting. And I was right. And from young to old enjoyed it all. We also had a volley ball game going on the whole time. So here are a few pics. Sorry most are phone pics

This is my wife. Jumping in to show a bunch of men who have never seen or experienced a pig roast how to carve. She had to show them how to even get it off the roaster. LOL!

This one wanted to ride so bad. But was afraid she was to big to ride. She was so happy when they insisted.

Guest of honor 132 lbs.

One of many hayrides I gave. They love this type wagon. Because young and old can walk the ramp. Even had many handicapped ride. Made my day.

This is my new cooker for the big stuff. Need to teak a few things but a great cooker. Made from an old Stainless butter tub. Full stainless except the trailer. 1 hp motor. Charcoal cooker but adding two propane lines too. Not bad for 300.00 trailer and all!

Getting ready to take off.

My Grandson Keegan 5 years old. Lives in Pa and most times a vegetarian. Says only Grandpa makes meat he likes to eat! Now beat that compliment.

Perfect pig. Cracklins was perfect to eat right from the Pig. I spent the day sharing with visitors who came to see the cooking process. None had ever tasted them. None liked the thought of eating a pigs skin. But all went back for seconds or more. and the cracklins was a hit at the dinner too!

Ad an old hillbilly lady a friend of mine steal the head for head cheese. Well hope you enjoyed this as much as I did. I'm in dream land now. I was appointed the cook and grill master for all church activity's. Just think I get to smoke, fry, roast and grill with all my expenses covered. A true dream to me! LOL! And a crowd who just keeps asking for more. :)

That is an awesome gig you got there, I'm sure they'll keep coming back for more.

My thoughts exactly. Being disabled has cut my money to almost nothing. And a big part of my smoking and meat making enjoyment is from doing it not so much eating it. And making people happy is what it all about. God has rewarded me with a nick that fits in my life and allows my hobby to continue but at no expense. What a great thing it is!
Thank you for the compliments
