Busy Weekend

Smoked and sliced my 13 lbs of pork belly bacon this weekend

Had BCS chicken legs with Sandy's bbq sauce, fresh bacon/Brussels sprouts and crusty garlic bread for dinner last night

Then I made up a batch of crusty bread with some rendered down bacon cubes and smoked cheddar cubes

And Tatonka Dust Ribeye for Sunday supper later on, Gotta leave for the gun club annual fish fry now.

Sounds like you need to start planning a big smoke this weekend so you can have good food while watching bad games.
