Hi

New to the forum. I've been smoking for years using an offset unit. Finally got smart (some call it lazy,and I'm  ok with that) Got the Bradley about a year ago and have tried smoking everything since.   The cat went missing for a week and my wife gave me "The Look" the whole time.  The cat finally came back but she stays clear whenever I start making a rub.

Looking forward to learning from everyone and I'll do my best to add to the discussion

The cat came back. Although, it is a mean old fat thing,,, hmmmmm.  No don't  get me started.
