rookie with new smoker

I just wanted to say that I just purchased a bradley digital smoker and tried baby back ribs and they turned out great!  So happy I decided to buy the smoker.  My next project will be to try and do a pork belly for bacon and also some salmon.....  Excellent purchase! :)
