So we are in NEPA while the RV is in the shop in GA for warranty work. My daughter says hey you left stuff in the freezer and fridge.

Ring bologna in the freezer.

Its still good and all gone now.

Dry cured landjaeger in the fridge.

I have some other sausage and some tasso i will post later.

Now that it's been found I'm guessing it wont last very long!

Digging deeper. Pork loin tasso from 2011. All pics my smoking was done in my Bradley 6 rack

We ate the whole tasso.

That's better than finding money you forgot that you had hidden. Kinda makes you wonder where else you may have treasures hidden in freezer across the country.

OK so now we know that smoked meats that are vac sealed and frozen have a shelf life of over 2 1/2 years  ;D

Or Rick has a cast iron stomach lining :D Seriously it does all look good, it was a sad day around here when the last of the landjaeger from Paducah was eaten.

NePaSmoKer

Found these also. I forget to mark at times, dont know what kind they are.

I guess you'll just have to open them up and taste them to see.
