Good afternoon guys and gals, I have a question regarding torches for lighting ez's or smoke daddys. I buy the regular blue torch from walmart with ignitor but seem to have bought a few bad ones as of late. Starting to get frustrated and want something that works. Do you all have any ideas?

This is the one Hal and I use at our BBQ shop - paired with a tank of MAPP gas.

X3, I use one with propane bottles from the camping aisle, they're cheaper than the regular bottles.

I use the next cheaper version - works fine for lighting A-Maze-N tube/maze and uses standard propane canisters. Got it at Lowe's with a canister for under $30.

What he said, that is the exact model I use, but I get the bottles in the camping aisle at walmart, they last longer and are cheaper.

The MAPP gas costs a little more, but it burns hotter (if that matters to you).

The little propane unit works fine for what I need it for, lighting the AMZN PS and brush piles, when I need more heat I break out the oxy-acetylene rig :) But everyone has to get what works best for them.
