What kind of a container or pot are you using for your water bath? How long are your sausages? I usually make the 20" long sausages and am having a hard time finding a container to cook them in.

Very good find! I'm going to order one also! How many sausages do you think you'll fit in this container? I wonder how much room the water needs to circulate

Well I am going to have to find one locally. $25 for the pan is fine but $50 for delivery doesn't sit well with me.
