cheese and pepperoni

Got 25 pounds of cheese and 5 long sticks of pepperoni smoking. Did the pepperoni on Thanksgiving.
This load is 15 pounds of Cooper Sharp and 10 pounds of Horseradish. Going in for about three hours of apple.


This is the five sticks of pepperoni done on Thanksgiving.

That pepperoni is great stuff. The cheese aint bad either!

Wow!  You don't mess around!  That much cheese would keep us going for a whole year.  And the pepperoni looks like it will be great!

This load is not all mine. I'm doing a bunch for guys at work so they have it for Christmas.
One stick of pepperoni and five pounds of Cooper are mine.
I'll probably do another 30-50 pounds of cheese by the end of the year. For family and others.
