The wife and I got to put together the first of the gift baskets with all the smoked goodies, one of the client's at her work gave her and her boss their own ipad's so she wanted to give them a basket of smoked goodness. The family will get all the rest of the baskets on Christmas day, this basket included a fresh baked crusty bread loaf, 2 different teriyaki beef jerky's, 1 package of Canadian Bacon, 1 jar of hickory smoked salt and 3 blocks of pecan smoked cheese (cheddar, pepper jack, Colby jack), a bag of double stuffed Chex Mix and a bottle of their favorite wine. I hope my family likes theirs as much as these folks liked this one.

You make sure you keep that woman of your Saber. She has the basket making thing down pretty good!
Bacon is the Crack Cocaine of the Food World.

Be careful about calling yourself and EXPERT! An ex is a has-been, and a spurt is a drip under pressure!

Great Christmas gift! I'm sure the rest will love them.  :)

Very nice, Robert.  I'm doing the same again this year.  Thankfully, I'm retired!  As you know this stuff takes time, but it sure is fun!!

Good for you saber, that truly is the blessing of this season. Being able and willing to give, and show our love for one another is what it's all about! I know those who receive your gifts will appreciate the time and effort you made. It's nice that our hobby allows us to put some of ourselves into the giving, and by taking the time to make those items, you your wife have done that.
I'm just a social smoker, I can quit any time I want.
