hello all,
My dad, brother and I just got our first smoker; the original Bradley. Really excited to start smoking everything! wild game especially (venison jerky, link sausage, pheasants, etc...) . Have always watched BBQ shows on tv and thought, what would be more fun than smoking delicious meat on a sunday? We are so pumped to be finally trying our hands at this, much better pastime than watching the Vikings... BARF. If anyone shares interests and or has any general advice for beginning smokers please drop us a line.
