Scotch eggs!!!!

This has become a Christmas Eve tradition! I hard boiled a dozen eggs, wrapped each one with either hot, sweet or maple loose sausage. They then were rubbed with different rubs.

Looks like a Ruger SR9?!?! Had one went back to my Glock and S&M Shiled!!

This is on my to do list just need to talk the family into the fact i just know they will like them LOL!!

The eggs turned out great!! You are correct on the ruger. I have a Shield as well, and several glocks! I'm in law enforcement and like a variety!
