Wildcats carrot cake waffles

Linda (wildcats wife) made some awesome carrot cake marmalade and sent us some to try out.
So we made some whole wheat waffles and decided to make them into carrot cake waffles for Christmas breakfast.

You are welcome Pat and Ann. Linda and I are truly glad that you folks liked it. This was her first run with this particular recipe and we were thrilled at how it turned out. Now if she can just find the time to make some more. I only had 1 slice of toast with some on it and Linda polished off the rest of that jar. I went to open another jar and found that between the two of us, we had given away all the rest.
